In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
Access to and use of ayahqq's Services is strictly restricted to adults. To register an Account and use any Services on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:
Age Restriction: You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and use ayahqq's services. If it is discovered that a Member is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned net of any bonuses claimed.
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on ayahqq. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If ayahqq discovers that a Member holds multiple Accounts, all duplicate Accounts will be immediately closed, any winnings accrued across those Accounts will be forfeited, and the original Account may be suspended pending investigation.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as shown on your KTP or passport), date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred currency (IDR). You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account details. Any inaccuracies that result in failed transactions, delayed withdrawals, or account closures are the Member's sole responsibility. ayahqq reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration, at withdrawal, or at any time during the Account's lifecycle.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your own, including any losses incurred. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ayahqq's support team immediately via live chat or email. ayahqq is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the Member's failure to safeguard credentials.
By registering, you expressly agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; to commit fraud or engage in any deceptive, manipulative, or collusive activity; to use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage; to exploit software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities; to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime; or to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is criminally prohibited.
Prior to processing a Member's first withdrawal, ayahqq requires verification of the Member's identity and address. The standard documents required are:
Standard KYC submissions are reviewed within 1 to 6 hours during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Complex cases, or submissions with unclear or inconsistent documentation, may take up to 24 hours. ayahqq will notify the Member by email and in-platform notification once verification is complete. Withdrawals are held pending KYC approval and will be released promptly upon successful verification.
ayahqq reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to request additional documentation from any Member to satisfy its ongoing compliance obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until compliance is achieved.
ayahqq accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Indonesian Members:
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ayahqq reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Member's own account.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 per transaction. Maximum single deposit amounts vary by payment method and Member tier. Standard Members may deposit up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; VIP Members may deposit up to Rp 200,000,000 per transaction. Daily cumulative deposit limits apply. If you require higher limits, contact support to discuss your options.
Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within 1 to 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally instant, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Deposits falling outside banking hours may experience delays. ayahqq is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank system maintenance periods.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction; currency conversion fees, if any, are borne by the Member.
No Deposit Fees: ayahqq does not charge Members any fees for stan dard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for any applicable charges.
To submit a withdrawal request, a Member must have: (a) completed KYC verification as described in Section 3; (b) a Real Money Balance sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount; (c) met all applicable Wagering Requirements on any active Bonus Funds; and (d) not triggered any account investigation flags under ayahqq's AML or fraud-detection systems.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name, matching the identity documents provided during KYC. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Accepted withdrawal channels mirror those listed in Section 4.1 (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 2 to 15 minutes during banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals are typically instant around the clock. Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours are queued and processed as soon as banking services resume. Requests involving large amounts or flagged for routine security checks may take up to 24 hours. ayahqq commits to communicating any delays to the affected Member proactively.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100,000,000 for Standard Members and Rp 500,000,000 for VIP Members. Daily cumulative withdrawal limits apply. Members wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding these limits should contact customer support to make advance arrangements.
ayahqq does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Members who submit more than five withdrawal requests within a single 24-hour period may incur an administrative fee of Rp 5,000 per additional request beyond the fifth. Your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own inbound transfer fees, which are outside ayahqq's control.
ayahqq reserves the right to temporarily withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns; (c) the withdrawal request relates to funds derived from bets placed using system errors or manifest odds mistakes; or (d) a chargeback dispute is pending in relation to a prior deposit. ayahqq will notify the Member of any withholding and, where permissible, the reason for the hold.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by ayahqq are subject to these general terms and any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail over these general terms. ayahqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they convert to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Only bets placed on eligible games at or above the minimum eligible odds (1.50 for sports markets; any stake for qualifying slots) count toward Wagering Requirement completion. Wagering on excluded games—typically low-margin table games like baccarat and roulette—does not contribute, unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
While Bonus Funds are active in a Member's Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is Rp 50,000 for casino games and slots, and Rp 100,000 per selection for sports betting markets. Bets placed in excess of these limits while Bonus Funds are active may be voided, and associated winnings may be forfeited.
All Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements carry an expiry date, as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Upon expiry, unmet Wagering Requirements and remaining Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Member's Account. No extension will be granted except at ayahqq's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
ayahqq employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing hedging bets across multiple accounts or with other operators to guarantee a risk-free withdrawal; exploiting software errors or miscalculations that generate unintended bonus credits; and any form of coordinated or collusive play designed to circumvent bonus terms. Upon detection of bonus abuse, ayahqq reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the Member's Account without compensation.
Members who prefer not to receive Bonus Funds may opt out of all promotions at any time by contacting support. Once opted out, Bonus Funds will no longer be credited automatically; however, the Member may still request individual promotions by contacting support. Members who have opted out may request to opt back in, subject to a 30-day cooling period.
All sports bets placed on ayahqq are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, competition, and market type. For football (bandar bola — football betting markets), matches abandoned before the minimum required playing time (typically 90 minutes for standard markets) will be settled as void, with stakes returned, unless a result has already been determined and specific market rules state otherwise. Asian Handicap markets use the handicap stated at the time of bet placement, regardless of pre-match line movements.
For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. If one selection is voided (e.g., match abandoned), the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections. Minimum odds per selection for mix parlay bets: 1.30. Minimum number of selections: 2. Maximum potential payout per mix parlay bet: Rp 500,000,000.
ayahqq reserves the right to void any bet, game round, or sports wager that was placed at odds or with a result that resulted from a manifest error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure. A "manifest error" is defined as odds, payouts, or outcomes that are clearly and materially incorrect relative to the true market or game state—for example, odds of 100.0 on a heavy favourite due to a data feed error. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid out.
In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate in real time. A bet is accepted only when confirmed by ayahqq's system with a bet confirmation number. Bets pending confirmation at the time of a significant match event (goal, red card, penalty award) may be voided at ayahqq's discretion if the odds have materially changed as a result of that event.
All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing agencies. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published per game. Actual results for individual sessions may vary significantly from the stated RTP due to the inherent variance of gambling games. For live dealer games streamed from certified studios, the physical game outcome (card dealt, roulette number) determines the result; no software manipulation occurs on the dealer's side.
In the event of a network disconnection during a game round or live bet, ayahqq's system will continue to process the game to its natural conclusion. The result will be recorded on our servers and reflected in your Account history upon reconnection. ayahqq is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Member's end. All content on the ayahqq Platform—including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, written content, and user interface components—is the exclusive intellectual property of ayahqq or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other game studios). No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ayahqq or the relevant rights holder.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not convey any right of ownership in any Platform content or technology.
ayahqq endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. ayahqq is not liable for losses—including missed betting opportunities—arising from Platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service failures, or Force Majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ayahqq's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Services, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ayahqq shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational damage, even if ayahqq has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All gambling activities on the Platform are undertaken entirely at the Member's own risk. Gambling involves a risk of financial loss, and the outcome of games is neither guaranteed nor predictable. The Member acknowledges this inherent risk and accepts sole responsibility for all decisions and outcomes arising from their use of the Platform.
ayahqq collects, stores, processes, and uses Members' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between ayahqq and the Member. By accepting these Terms, the Member also accepts the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy details the categories of personal data collected, the legal bases for processing, data retention periods, the Member's data subject rights, and the circumstances under which data may be shared with third parties (such as payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities).

A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting ayahqq support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (net of unmet Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via the payment method on file, subject to KYC verification being complete. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
ayahqq reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real Money Funds legitimately deposited by the Member will be returned following completion of any outstanding investigation, unless regulatory or legal obligations require otherwise.
ayahqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ayahqq will provide Members with a minimum of 14 calendar days' notice via email to the address registered on the Member's Account and via an in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change substantive rights, or legally required updates) may be implemented without advance notice.
The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page. A Member's continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If a Member does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.1.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ayahqq holds its primary international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive a Member of any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of their country of residence.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from the use of ayahqq's Services, the Member should first contact the ayahqq customer support team via live chat or email, providing full details of the issue. ayahqq aims to resolve all disputes informally and amicably within 10 business days of receiving a complete complaint submission.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of the Member submitting a complaint, either party may refer the dispute to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by ayahqq's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR body and process will be provided to the Member upon request. Both parties agree to engage in good faith with the ADR process before pursuing litigation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all claims and disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You may not bring or join any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against ayahqq.
